Brad is a product strategy and operating model leader with deep experience scaling PE-backed, technology-enabled businesses. Before joining Maven, he served as Vice President of Project Operations at RPM, helping scale operations toward $1B+ aspirations. At Maven, Brad brings a rare blend of operational leadership and cultural stewardship, ensuring our engineering accuracy and client experience teams operate with elite efficiency and strict IRS compliance. He holds a BS in Business Management and was a Division 1 athlete at the University of Detroit Mercy.
