About Jordan
Jordan Kapper, MD is an ER doctor, real estate investor, and Chief Marketing Officer at Maven Cost Segregation. He leads Maven’s marketing team across SEO, Google Ads and other pay-per-click campaigns, Reddit Ads, Facebook Ads, and content strategy. He also oversees a dedicated content-writing team, helping turn complex cost segregation and depreciation topics into clear, useful educational resources for property owners and their advisors. Jordan works with Maven founder Sean Graham, CPA on the development and marketing of Sean’s upcoming book. Outside Maven, Jordan co-founded Lantern Light Capital and has experience in self-storage investing and operations, ground-up development, multifamily renovation, and real estate syndications. His work with Onyx Self Storage and Cranberry Creek Marina brings a property-owner’s perspective to Maven’s marketing and educational content.
