About Andrew
Andrew brings nearly two decades of deep commercial construction and operational experience to Maven. Prior to cost segregation, he spent 16 years in construction management across the infrastructure, aviation, and industrial sectors, delivering projects ranging from $10M to $200M. He applies this granular understanding of building components and costs to help real estate owners front-load their depreciation correctly. Andrew holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
